management staff of twelve engineers, project managers and superintendents.
As a union contractor, Northbrook regularly works in the counties of Westchester, Putnam, Orange, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, Dutchess and Queens County. Northbrook draws the skilled field
personnel from twenty different unions in the metropolitan area. Northbrook has been able to sustain a
