In the last few
years, Northbrook has enjoyed steady growth
in both the private and public sector. Northbrook has collaborated with several
engineering firms in the New York
area and recently completed a design/build project for

(5) Metro North stations. During this period, Northbrook has completed a number of
synthetic turf athletic fields and amenities for the NYC Parks
and Recreation, NYC Economic Development Corp., and Towns of
Bedford and
Carmel. Northbrook has also worked
with many private developers and engineers to value engineer/design several projects from
the conceptual phase to completion.
In 2009, Northbrook constructed Mill Pond Park, an $18.3 million park which is part of the Yankee Stadium Redevelopment Program. This 9 acre park was build on the site of the old Bronx terminal market along the Harlem River.
The project management team has expanded to include Rick
Recine, Brendan McLaughlin and Pat Duwe who also have a
combined 75+ years experience in the construction industry.
